LEGO® sets retiring soon
Once retired, sets can only be bought second-hand, so prices often rise. Track the ones you own.
We don't have confirmed retirement dates for the next 12 months yet. They're added automatically from Brickset as soon as they're announced, so check back soon.
Questions collectors ask
How do you know when a LEGO set is retiring?
Retirement dates come from Brickset, which tracks expected end-of-life dates from retailer and LEGO information. Dates can move, so treat them as a guide.
Do retired LEGO sets go up in value?
Many do, especially large display sets and popular themes, but not all. Each set page shows what it has actually sold for on Set Trader by grade, so you can see real prices rather than guesses.
Should I keep a set sealed?
Sealed (grade S) sets usually sell for the most. If you plan to sell later, store the box flat, out of sunlight and away from damp.
