What the guarantee pays for
- Your money is held by our payment partner Stripe, not passed to the seller, until you've checked the set (3 days after it arrives).
- Graded or your money back. If the set isn't the grade it was sold as, you get a full refund including return postage. Read the grading standard.
- Missing pieces replaced on complete grades, up to £15, without sending the set back.
- Seal checks on sealed sets, from the seller's seal photos.
- A real person sorts disputes, with evidence from both sides.
- Protected collection in person: the seller is paid only when you hand over your collection code.
